Dispatch Time

The majority of Black Friday toys will be made to order meaning it may take between 2 to 12 weeks to fulfill all orders. You may see inventory in our store after Black Friday, this is inventory we have built up to keep our store running while we work on Black Friday orders as we anticipate we will be working non stop to fulfill all orders.

We will provide updates every two weeks via email on the status of outstanding orders. Please bear with us while we work to get everyone's toys to them.

Please do not place an order unless you are prepared to wait the maximum time (12 weeks). While we fully anticipate to fulfill all orders before this we are giving ourselves this window to ensure that we do not disappoint. 

In the event that some orders fall outside the 12 week window we will provide a discount code to those affected for 20% off.

Cancelled orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping 

Due to the large discounts we are offering we have disabled any free shipping methods for the duration of the sale. Discount codes will also not work during the sale.
